Shipping policy

The following delivery times are valid without obligation for the regions listed below (working days Monday–Friday):

Finland: 2–4 days

Europe: 7–10 days

All other countries: 12–17 days

Shipping Cost

The shipping price depends on the country and will be displayed in the checkout process.

Additional Costs

Delivery within the EU no additional costs will be charged. Sales tax is already included in the sale price.

For deliveries to any country not listed above, duty, sales tax and import taxes will be charged. These must be paid by the recipient upon delivery of the order.

Before placing an order the customer will be asked how they would prefer to receive the notice of arrival. The notice of arrival can be sent via text message, email, or letter. In case the customer won’t choose a preferred method of receiving the notice of arrival, notice of arrival will be sent via text message to the phone number given when placing an order. With the notice of arrival We will send a tracking number of the package to the customer. The shipment is kept 14 days at the final destination postal office. If the shipment won’t be picked up it will be sent back to us. In these cases, return expenses are reduced from the original refundable payment.
